Well, First I will update you with the situation with the Sinow people I mentioned in my last post. They finally heard the Gospel message of how the God came down to earth as the Messiah, Jesus Christ, and died for every bad thing they had done in their place, taking the blame, and how if they simply believed and asked Him to forgive them then He would make them 100% blameless before God and that their would inherit eternal life to live with Him in heaven forever. And many accepted the message and made that life changing decision, and now they are excited in their new faith and are looking forward to His second coming. I wonder if they celebrated this Christmas...
My Christmas went well. I spent it at home in N* with my family. Christmas Eve we played Monopoly and I won, and about an hour ago I lost in an intense battle of Risk, however we had some good fun. We had no snow...actually there has been no snowfall at all where I am in N* except for the day I landed here (Dec 9th) from Ontatio. There was a foot there.
I plan on leaving N* on January 2nd with My sister *** and we are driving down to the US where she will leave me at (New York) and she will continue down to *** in Pennsylvania. I am attending a large Missions Conference at Schroon Lake and my school from Owen Sound is being bused down for the 5th, when it starts. I will then go back with them on the 8th or 9th. So it will be nice to get down to the US (If my passport renewal goes well).
I finally had my cell phone replaced with the new Sony Ericsson W810i. I like cool gadgets and this has MP3 Player, 2 Megapixel Camera/Video, plus all the standard features. It came with a free 1GB and 4GB memory card for tons of music and photos. My number is the same as before (***-17**).
God has been good to me this Christmas vacation and it was great to spend time with friends and family, but soon I will be back to school. I am looking forward to see what this next semester brings.
Merry Christmas!
